A growing and highly respected architectural design studio based in Dublin city has immediate opportunities for experienced Architectural Technologists to join the team. With a strong project portfolio and reputation, they deliver medium to large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects across Ireland.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking experienced Architectural Technologists to join their collaborative team and contribute to the delivery of medium-large scale projects through various stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project leads and job runners on a range of residential and mixed-use developments
- Assist in the preparation of detailed construction drawings and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Irish building and planning regulations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team from early design to delivery stages
Desired experience and skills:
- Architectural Technology qualification (essential)
- 3 years+ architectural experience
- Proven technical and construction knowledge
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience working on residential or mixed-use projects is desired
- Understanding of current Irish building and planning regulations
- Site experience preferred
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and team player
