A medium sized architectural design studio on the southside of Dublin city are expanding and seeking to recruit qualified Architectural Technologists to the team. They have a variety of projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, leisure and retail across Ireland.
The successful Architectural Technologists will join a collaborative team and take responsibility for producing planning applications, tender and construction drawings for several commercial and residential projects initially.
This is an ideal role for an Architectural Technologist with 2 years+ experience seeking to join an award-winning studio, where they will have the opportunity to work within a team environment and gain exposure to all stages ot projects through to completion.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
- A minimum of 2 years’ architectural experience (more senior level opportunities are available too)
- Strong technical skills
- Good working knowledge of current planning and building regulations
- Proficiency in Revit
- Possess strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Previous experience working on commercial and leisure projects is desirable
- MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- €40k-€60k doe
