A medium sized architectural design studio on the southside of Dublin city are expanding and seeking to recruit qualified Architectural Technologists to the team. They have a variety of projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, leisure and retail across Ireland.
The successful Architectural Technologists will join a collaborative team and take responsibility for producing planning applications, DAC, tender and construction drawings for several commercial and residential projects initially.
This is an ideal role for an Architectural Technologist with 2 years+ experience seeking to join an award-winning studio, where they will have the opportunity to work within a team environment and gain exposure to all stages ot projects through to completion.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
- Ideally in excess of 2 years’ architectural experience, more senior level opportunities are available
- Strong technical skills
- Good working knowledge of current planning and building regulations
- Proficiency in Revit
- Possess strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Previous experience working on commercial and leisure projects is desirable
- MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- €40k-€60k doe
