New opportunity for an experienced Architect / Senior Architect (RIAI / RIBA Registered) to join a leading contractor based in West Dublin.
This opportunity offers hybrid working, on‑site parking, along with an great benefits package, where you will work across a range of Data Centre, Life Sciences, and Technology projects through the early stages of development.
The Architect / Senior Architect will working within the pre-construction team and review / assess architectural packages and design solutions. Working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, they will liaise with external designers, contractors and other stakeholders at the early stages of projects.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Assess architectural packages and propose smarter construction solutions
- Work with external designers on detailed design development
- Evaluate construction methods, temporary works, and programme impacts
- Prepare subcontract packages and review technical/commercial submissions
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Registered Architect holding professional membership to RIAI or RIBA
- 10 years+ architectural experience, preferably across medium-largescale projects
- Thorough understanding of current building regulations
- Recent site experience, previous experience within a contractor / developer environment is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, organisational an problem solving skills
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland
