A growing architectural design studio in South Dublin is seeking an Architect or a Graduate Architect – working towards registration with local experience, to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect / Graduate Architect with 3 years+ experience to join a collaborative team to work across a diverse project portfolio including commercial, retail, and residential developments throughout Ireland.
The ideal Architect / Graduate Architect will have strong technical and design skills, proficiency in ArchiCAD, previous experience taking projects from planning through construction, and a solid understanding of current Irish building regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- RIAI or RIBA membership (or actively working towards registration)
- 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and BCAR
- Experience across residential, commercial, retail, or mixed‑use projects
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Planning‑to‑construction project delivery experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- On‑site experience is highly desired
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (essential)
