An established architectural practice in Dublin City Center is seeking a talented Architect to join its experienced team. The practice delivers projects across healthcare, commercial offices, residential, hospitality, data centres, industrial, cleanroom and masterplanning sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects within a supportive and collaborative architectural environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver architectural projects from design development through to construction
- Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction documentation
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and technical information using Revit and AutoCAD
- Ensure projects comply with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, planning requirements and relevant standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams
- Attend design-team meetings, site inspections and client presentations
- Carry out Contract Administration duties
- Manage project programmes, deadlines and technical deliverables
- Contribute to projects across healthcare, commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial and data-centre sectors
- Support the successful delivery of projects to a high professional standard
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be a Registered Architect with the RIAI
- Strong experience working with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and the Irish planning system
- Qualified Architect with a recognised professional qualification
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience preparing and coordinating planning, tender and construction packages
- Strong design, technical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits
