A leading architecture studio in Dublin city, renowned for its innovative designs and high-profile projects are seeking a registered Architect to join the team. They have a strong presence in the market, an excellent reputation and an exciting portfolio spanning residential, leisure, hospitality, retail and commercial developments.
They are seeking a highly motivated Architect (RIAI / RIBA) to join the team and manage projects through to completion. The ideal Architect will have proven success delivering projects in line with current regulations and possess strong design and technical ability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver projects from planning to construction stage
- Lead projects across residential, leisure, hospitality and commercial sectors
- Uphold and advance the studio’s reputation for high-quality design and innovative solutions
- Coordinate projects with various teams and stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications and Skills
- RIAI / RIBA registered Architect and a proven track record of delivering projects in the local market
- Demonstrate expertise across residential, leisure, hospitality or commercial projects
- Strong design skills
- In-depth technical knowledge, including proficiency with Irish building codes and standards
- Competency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe suite is desired
- Exceptional communication and organistational skills
- Site experience is essential
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
