A growing architectural design office in South Dublin have a new opportunity for an experienced Architect or Graduate Architect (currently working towards professional registration) with good planning and site experience in Ireland to join their practice. The successful Architect will join a close-knit team and have the opportunity to work on a range of retail, commercial, residential, industrial and fit-out projects across Ireland.
The Architect / Graduate Architect will join a highly commended practice, who has been at the forefront of Irish Architecture for the past 25 years and have long standing relationships with their clients.
The ideal Architect will have a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience, possess excellent communication skills, have solid experience working on projects from planning through to on site construction. They will have the opportunity to take the lead on small projects and work as part of the team on larger scale developments.
Job Requirements:
- Architectural qualification and hold RIAI / RIBA membership, or working towards professional membership
- Ideally 5 years’ post graduate experience
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of current Building & Planning Regulations
- Highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong client liaison skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is desired
- Proven success delivering projects from planning to construction stage in Ireland and liaising with all stakeholders
- Previous project experience should include commercial, fit-out or retail developments
- Must have recent site experience in previous industry experience in Ireland
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary:
- €50k-€60k doe
