Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist
A leading architectural design studio in Dublin city, renowned for delivering some of Ireland’s most recognisable developments, is expanding its team and seeking both Architectural Technologists and Senior Architectural Technologists.
They work across a diverse project range including residential, retail, commercial, leisure, and mixed-use developments.
Located in the heart of Dublin city centre, the office is easily accessible via public transport and surrounded by a wide range of amenities.
As an Architectural Technologist, you’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working alongside a talented team. The ideal Architectural Technologist will possess good technical knowledge, a solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Documents (TGD), and project experience from planning through to construction is highly desired.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Architectural Technology
- 4+ years’ experience in an Architectural Technologist role
- Strong BIM proficiency (Revit and/or ArchiCAD)
- Good understanding of Building Regulations, and current industry standards
- Experience working on medium to large-scale projects across residential, commercial, leisure or mixed-use sectors
- Experience across all project stages
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience (Senior level)
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits include:
- €55k-€65k DOE
