Customer Care Manager
Location: Office based in South Dublin (hybrid)
Salary: €90k-€100k + Benefits
The Opportunity
An established residential developer is seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to join its team.
The successful candidate will oversee customer care and aftersales operations across multiple residential developments, managing homeowner queries, coordinating remedial works and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the handover and aftercare process.
Main Duties
- Act as the main point of contact for homeowners, managing all customer queries and aftercare requests.
- Oversee pre-handover inspections, property demonstrations and key collection appointments.
- Coordinate snagging, defects and remedial works with site teams, subcontractors and internal departments.
- Work closely with Construction, Sales and Quality teams to ensure homes meet required standards prior to handover.
- Manage customer communications and ensure all issues are resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer queries, outstanding works and completed items through the company’s CRM system.
- Monitor customer feedback, identify recurring issues and implement service improvements.
- Prepare regular aftersales reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building standards, warranties and company procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Customer Care, Aftercare or Aftersales role, ideally within residential construction or property development.
- Good understanding of residential construction, snagging and the handover process.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and developments simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
