Our client delivers projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors, working with both public and private sector clients. This is a great opportunity for an experienced MEP BIM Technician to join a well-established team and contribute to the delivery of a diverse range of projects.

The Role
The successful MEP BIM Technician will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D BIM models for MEP projects, ensuring effective coordination across multiple disciplines. You will produce detailed 2D drawings, layouts and schedules to support design development and construction delivery, coordinate MEP services within federated BIM models, and assist in identifying and resolving clashes. You will use Revit and AutoCAD to develop accurate, high-quality project deliverables while ensuring compliance with internal BIM standards, modelling procedures and workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience working as an MEP BIM Technician within an engineering consultancy.
- Strong proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD, with experience using both for MEP design, modelling and drafting.
- Experience coordinating MEP services within federated BIM models.
- Experience using Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
