Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage preconstruction activities, including technical submissions, construction drawings, and commissioning.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate procurement of electrical packages and liaise with the Procurement Manager.
- Work closely with project teams to maintain schedules and deliver high-quality installations.
- Coordinate electrical services and builder’s work drawings with the Site/Project Manager.
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, Tech Sub Logs, schedules, and QA Packs.
- Support commissioning, subcontractor coordination, and project handover.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or trade qualified.
- 3+ years of Electrical Engineering experience with a main contractor.
- Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.
