A leading Civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join a main contractor in North Dublin. As a Site Foreman you are required to have a good knowledge and understanding of civil engineering and utility operations including a good knowledge of underground electrical networks, this should underpin an understanding of the requirements and needs of our extremely successful business unit. The successful candidate will be working on a large Residential Project in a beautiful location.
Role:
- Maintaining health and safety standards on site.
- Day-to-day management and coordination of the site.
- Maintaining daily site records
- Liaise with the commercial team in relation to progress and programme.
- Work closely with our management team in a professional and friendly work environment.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Hold a Construction related Trade Qualification/Degree or possess relevant experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong technical ability with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead the project and various trades.
