Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on large-scale residential projects in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management across the schemes. The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will report to the Senior QS.

Role:

• Assist in the management of project costs, budgeting and reporting across residential developments.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, including valuations, payment applications and variations.
• Support the preparation and agreement of final accounts.
• Assist with tender preparation, analysis and procurement of subcontractor packages.
• Liaise with the design team, client and subcontractors on commercial matters.
• Monitor cash flow and cost reporting, flagging risks to the Senior QS.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Experience as an Intermediate QS with a main contractor, ideally on residential developments
• Strong commercial and cost management skills

• Salary €60,000 – €75,000 + package
