Structural Engineer
Location: Dublin, Cork or Galway
Structural Engineer with 2+ years’ experience required to join a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, healthcare and industrial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Structural Engineer to further develop their technical expertise, work alongside experienced senior engineers and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Sample Projects:
- Residential Developments – Large-scale housing schemes, multi-story apartment complexes and mixed tenure residential developments, involving reinforced concrete frames, steel structures and foundations – €40m – €80m.
- Commercial and Office Developments – Commercial headquarters and mixed-use developments, incorporating structural steel frames and reinforced concrete – €30m – €50m.
- Public Sector and Community Developments – Civic buildings, sport facilities, leisure centers and other public infrastructure projects, incorporating new-build structural design, complex roof structures and sustainable construction solutions – €20m – €40m.
Requirements:
- Structural Engineer should have 2+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or in a related field.
- Experience in the structural design and analysis of buildings across a range of sectors.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit and TEKKLA.
- Knowledge of Eurocodes and relevant Irish building regulations and design standards.
