An established engineering consultancy in Dublin is seeking an MEP BIM Technician with 1+ years of experience within an Irish engineering consultancy to join their growing Building Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career BIM professional to gain experience while working on a diverse range of commercial, healthcare, data centre, residential and infrastructure projects.

The Role:
The successful MEP BIM Technician will support the delivery of detailed BIM models and technical documentation across a range of complex building services projects.
You will work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, BIM Coordinators and other design disciplines to deliver high-quality designs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of MEP BIM experience.
- Previous experience working within an Irish engineering consultancy.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit.
- Understanding of MEP building services.
- Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and BIM models.
- Good understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.
