Planning Manager (Germany)
Senior Planner / Planning Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to lead programme planning across major projects in Germany. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced planning professional to own programme strategy and mentor the planning team. The successful Senior Planner / Planning Manager will report to the Operations Director.
Role:
- Lead the development and management of master and detailed construction programmes across multiple projects.
- Own programme strategy at tender stage and through to delivery.
- Carry out critical path analysis, delay analysis and recovery planning.
- Prepare programme reporting for project teams, senior management and clients.
- Manage, mentor and support planners across the business.
- Work with site, commercial and design teams to keep programmes accurate and achievable.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Significant planning experience with a main contractor
- Advanced Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject skills
- Open to relocating/working away in Germany
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary €110,000 – €130,000
