GPC is a leading specialist recruitment consultancy with over 25 years’ experience across Ireland, the UK and Europe. We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team in Sandyford.
Love sales? Enjoy winning new business, building relationships and earning uncapped commission? This Sales Recruitment Consultant role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and enjoys spending much of the day on the phone.
This role is Not for you if you:
- Don’t enjoy outbound sales calls or working to targets.
- Prefer administration or HR to sales.
- Are not motivated by commission and performance.
Role
- As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement.
- Win new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Source, interview and manage candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close placements.
- Achieve sales targets while building your own successful recruitment desk.
Requirements
- Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or another target-driven role.
- Commercially driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE €40k–€60k+).
