Design Coordinator
A Tier 1 Main Contractor is currently growing its design team for a landmark residential development in North Dublin. This is a strong opportunity for a Design Coordinator with a residential background to join a high-profile scheme at an exciting stage of delivery. The successful candidate will report directly to the Design Manager on site.
Role:
- Coordinate the flow of design information between consultants, subcontractors and the construction team.
- Monitor and track design information releases, flagging any gaps or delays to the Design Manager.
- Check design information for discrepancies against specification and project drawings.
- Assist in organising and minuting design team and client meetings.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Design Manager on a high-profile residential project.
- Support CDM and Health and Safety input at design stage.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Building Services, Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline (or working towards)
- Experience coordinating design on residential developments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
Salary and benefits:
- Salary 65,000 to 75,000 euro plus package
