Quantity Surveyor (Zurich)

Quantity Surveyor required for one of Ireland’s largest main contractors on a Data Centre project in Zurich, Switzerland. The successful candidate can be MEP or CSA bias and will report into the Commercial Manager for the project.

Duties:

• Review project contracts, manage subcontractor enquiries, and issue supply chain documents.
• Monitor scope changes, price variations, and prepare monthly progress claims.
• Oversee subcontractor accounts and handle contractual notices and claims.
• Prepare cost estimates, commercial reports, and risk analysis for management.
• Manage project cash flow and forecasting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant degree.
• 4+ years’ experience within the Irish market in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
• A working knowledge of CSA and/or MEP packages
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
