An established architectural practice in South Dublin is seeking an experienced Architect to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of projects within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects across various stages, from design development through to construction
- Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction documentation
- Produce accurate architectural drawings and technical information using Revit and AutoCAD
- Ensure projects comply with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, planning requirements and relevant standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams
- Attend design team meetings and provide technical input throughout each project
- Monitor project programmes, deadlines and deliverables
- Carry out site inspections and support Contract Administration duties
- Assist with the successful delivery of projects to a high professional standard
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Architect with the RIAI, RIBA or an equivalent recognised professional body
- Strong experience delivering projects within the Irish construction and regulatory environment
- Excellent knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and planning requirements
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience preparing planning, tender and construction packages
- Excellent technical, design and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively within a wider team
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
