Project Manager
A leading Irish Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark residential development in Midleton, Co. Cork.
Duties:
- Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major residential development from commencement through to handover.
- Manage all aspects of site safety, quality, programme, and budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for Cork County Council, Irish Water, consultants, and the design team.
- Lead the project team and oversee all BCAR processes and planning compliance.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest standard.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure commercial and contractual objectives are achieved.
- Report regularly to senior management on project performance.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or experienced Project Manager delivering large-scale residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of BCAR, site compliance, and Irish planning regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
