Senior Electrical Engineer with 6–8 years’ experience required to join a well-established multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy based in Cork, with offices across Ireland and the UK. The successful candidate will deliver a broad range of electrical design projects across multiple sectors, working within a close-knit and experienced team.

Role:
- Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects from concept through to construction and handover.
- Design and specify electrical services systems including power distribution, lighting, life safety systems, ICT/ELV and energy efficient technologies.
- Carry out electrical load calculations, system modelling and equipment selection.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications and tender packages.
Requirements:
- Level 8 or Level 9 degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- 6–8 years’ post-graduate experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy environment.
- Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards chartership highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Building Services Design Software such as Amtech, Dialux, Relux or Lighting Reality.
