Structural Engineer
Location: Dublin City Centre
A Structural Engineer with 4+ years’ experience is required to join an established engineering consultancy delivering a wide range of projects across Ireland and internationally. The successful candidate will take an active role in structural design and project delivery, working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Structural Engineer to progress their career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Commercial and mixed-use schemes
- Industrial and institutional buildings
- Infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Projects ranging from €5m to €100m+ in value
Responsibilities
- Carry out structural design in steel, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry in accordance with Eurocodes and relevant Irish standards.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, technical reports, drawings and specifications across all project stages.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, clients and other disciplines to ensure coordinated and buildable structural solutions.
- Support senior engineers in the delivery of projects to programme, budget and quality standards.
Requirements
- Level 8 or Level 9 degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years’ post-graduate experience in structural engineering design within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of Eurocode design across steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as Robot Structural Analysis, Tekla Structural Designer or CADS A3D.
