Project Manager (MEP)
Project Manager (MEP) required for one of Ireland’s largest engineering contractors to work on a Data Centre project in Clonee, Co. Meath. Responsible for leading the safe, on-time and within-budget delivery of multiple MEP projects, overseeing project planning, subcontractor performance, client reporting, health & safety compliance, and the successful execution of critical data centre infrastructure works.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery of multiple MEP projects across data centre environments.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, progress reporting, cost control, and budget performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, permit-to-work, and client-specific requirements.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, resourcing, performance, and adherence to project execution plans.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams while acting as the primary point of contact for clients and technical escalations.
- Monitor project milestones, KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Relevant Electrical or Mechanical degree or trade qualification
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the construction industry with an Irish/UK contractor.
- Experience in the Data Centre Construction industry is highly advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in data centres and critical infrastructure facilities.
- Proven experience in health & safety management, vendor/subcontractor management, stakeholder communication, and the delivery of complex upgrade projects.
