Senior BIM Technician (MEP) with 5–7 years’ experience required to join a large, well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Dublin. Our client operates across data centre, residential, commercial and healthcare sectors and has a long-standing, highly experienced MEP BIM team. Roles on this team rarely come up; this is a genuine opportunity to join a stable, senior team with an excellent manager and experienced colleagues already in place. The bulk of drafting and modelling is carried out in Revit.

Role:
- Excellent opportunity for a Senior BIM Technician | MEP with 5+ years’ experience to join an Irish Engineering Consultancy based in Dublin.
- The successful Senior BIM Technician will produce detailed MEP models and drawings in Revit
- Day-to-day responsibilities include producing and managing MEP Revit models, coordinating mechanical and electrical services with architectural and structural models, running clash detection and producing construction-stage information and documentation packages.
- At senior level, you will also mentor junior technicians, lead BIM coordination on assigned projects and support the team manager.

Requirements:
- Senior BIM Technician with 5–7 years’ experience in an MEP engineering consultancy environment.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential; the bulk of all MEP drafting and modelling is done using Revit.
- Experience coordinating MEP services within a federated BIM model.
