Quantity Surveyor
An established and growing Irish construction company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Kildare to join their experienced commercial and management team. This is a full-time, office-based position suited to a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years’ experience who is looking for long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with valuations, variations, payment applications and project cost management.
- Support subcontractor orders, payments and accounts.
- Assist with cost reports, budgets, forecasts and project records.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and the wider commercial team.
- Support tender reviews and procurement activities.
- Assist with final account preparation and project close-out.
- Maintain accurate commercial and project documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent related qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role.
- Experience within residential, civil engineering, utilities or general construction would be advantageous.
- Strong commercial, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working with standard forms of contract would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
