A leading and progressive Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to join their team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Site Manager to take responsibility for the final stages of high-quality residential and commercial projects, overseeing all finishing works through to successful client handover.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all finishing works including internal fit-out, joinery, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and decoration.

Manage finishing programmes, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery.

Carry out quality inspections and manage the snagging process through to completion.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.

Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Coordinate the handover process, ensuring all documentation is completed.
Requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, with strong finishing/fit-out experience.

Experience delivering high-quality residential or commercial projects.
-
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and deadlines.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
-
Construction qualification or relevant trade background preferred.
