Project Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering commercial, pharmaceutical, data centre and controlled environment projects across Kildare.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and the onsite supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
- Develop, monitor and update project programmes to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Resolve onsite issues efficiently while maintaining programme, quality and budget.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting and commercial performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
- Strong background delivering commercial construction projects.
- Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or other controlled environment projects is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting and programme management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to a high standard.
