A busy and well‑established architectural design studio in Offaly is seeking an experienced Senior Architect / Project Architect to join their growing team.
This practice is recognised across the Irish market for delivering high‑quality medium and large‑scale residential, mixed‑use, and commercial developments nationwide. You’ll be joining a collaborative team and taking the lead on projects from early design through to delivery.
This role is ideal for a motivated Architect who is looking to step up in their career, or someone who is seeking a progressive opportunity outside Dublin within a supportive environment known for long‑term career growth.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect
- Ideally 10 years+ post‑graduate experience, with proven success managing projects from inception through to completion
- Experience in medium – largescale residential, mixed‑use, or retail projects is desired
- Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and Planning Regulations (essential)
- Excellent client liaison and team management skills
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is desired – (although training came be provided in Revit)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- Full permission to work in Ireland (essential)
Salary & Benefits include:
- €60k–€70k DOE
