Finishing Foreman required for a growing Tier 1 main building contractor to work on a high-rise residential project in West Dublin. Our client has a fantastic reputation and is very busy in the residential sector across the Dublin area. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in this role on residential projects.
Required
- Ideally a carpentry background
- Previous experience working as a Finishing Foreman
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Good eye for detail
Package
- Salary in the region of 70,000 to 80,000 euro
- Pension and other benefits
- Travel allowance or company vehicle
