A medium-sized studio with big ambitions, a collaborative culture with a great office location, have a portfolio that spans high-profile residential, commercial, leisure, retail, civic, and mixed-use developments at medium and large scale across Dublin and nationwide.
You’ll work within a team environment across the full technical lifecycle, taking projects from design, tender and construction stages of developments.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Architectural Technology.
- 3+ years’ industry experience
- Project experience should include medium/large commercial, residential, or mixed-use typologies
- Strong technical understanding, up-to-date understanding of Irish/UK regulations and standards
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Good communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a proactive, quality-focused approach
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Duties include:
- Join an established team working alongside supportive Senior Architectural Technologist and other team members
- Work across multiple projects
- Produce and coordinate high-quality Revit/BIM documentation for all stages of project development
Salary & Benefits include:
- €45k–€60k DOE
