About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Mechanical Design Engineer with 7+ years’ experience to lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in mechanical building services design.
- Relevant professional qualification.
- Experience working within consultancy design environments.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate design deliverables on large-scale developments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
- Excellent report writing and technical communication skills.
- Good understanding of HVAC and building control systems.
- Experience in plumbing and drainage design is desirable.
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior and intermediate engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design delivery on data centre projects.
- Manage and coordinate project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships throughout project delivery.
- Review and manage project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed across all project stages.
- Support the training and development of junior team members.
- Contribute positively to team culture and overall project performance.
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid working arrangement based in Ireland.
- Attendance at the Dublin office required in line with project and team requirements.
