A leading Irish multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a CSA Design Lead Liaison to join their growing team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced design coordinator, engineer or architectural professional looking to move into a highly client-facing role within a fast-paced project environment.
The successful candidate will act as the primary interface between client stakeholders and multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring projects are coordinated, communicated and delivered effectively across complex live operational facilities.
Projects:
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility upgrades (€1M – €50M+)
- Industrial plant modifications and infrastructure improvements
- Laboratory, production and support facility projects
- Refurbishment and fit-out projects within live operational environments
- Multidisciplinary Architecture, Civil, Structural and MEP projects
- Capital investment programmes across regulated industries
Role:
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and design teams
- Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Supporting project delivery in line with programme, scope and client requirements
- Attending client meetings, workshops and site visits
- Managing project communications, design queries and RFIs
- Supporting document control, QA/QC and information management processes
- Coordinating site access requirements, inductions and project logistics
- Assisting with project reporting, KPI tracking and delivery performance monitoring
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar
- 5+ years’ experience within a multidisciplinary design environment
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and document management skills
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments
- Experience within pharmaceutical or industrial sectors is advantageous
- Must be based in Ireland with full working rights
Salary & Benefits:
- €75k – 85k (DOE)
