A Site Engineer is required to join a top Build Contractor in Waterford. This client has a large pipeline of work and has a proven track record across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Heritage & Conservation, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Fitout, Leisure & Sport and Pharma. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their career within the construction industry in an exciting, growing firm.
Role:
- Setting out
- Overseeing building work
- Site surveying
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Assisting the procurement department
- Assisting the commercial department.
- Completing SHEQ forms
- Tracking site records
- Completing labour and plant returns
- General site civil engineering daily tasks
Requirements:
- Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Must have a minimum 2-years recent experience on Civil Engineering projects in Ireland or the UK
- Must have knowledge setting out equipment including GPS, site engineer level, total station
- Excellent MS Office skills
Salary:
- Salary circa €50k-€60k DOE
