Duties:
- Develop precise and detailed mechanical and electrical layouts, schematics, and plans using AutoCAD.
- Work alongside engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Perform clash detection analysis and suggest solutions for optimal coordination across disciplines.
- Update and revise drawings based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.
- Provide technical support to the project team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- CAD certification.
- Previous experience in a CAD Technician role.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in CAD.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
