Duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope and requirements are met.
• Manage all phases of Mechanical Services project delivery, from planning to commissioning.
• Review designs and AutoCAD to create construction plans.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Lead and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project finances, inventory, and deadlines.
• Report progress and prepare audit documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade background required.
• A minimum of 3 Years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of having led teams on large projects.
• Experience working on HVAC and Commercial projects would be advantageous.
• The successful candidate must be in Ireland or the UK at present and be eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
