Mechanical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing team delivering high-quality residential developments across Dublin. This role is suited to a mechanically biased professional with strong hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical building services. Initially responsible for one residential project, you will progress to managing multiple developments as the business continues to expand.

Responsibilities
- Manage the mechanical package on residential construction projects from start to completion.
- Oversee the installation of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical building services.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage mechanical subcontractors and site teams.
- Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, design teams, and the main contractor.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and relevant building standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience delivering residential construction projects.
- Strong mechanical background with hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical building services.
- Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Full clean driving licence.
