Structural Engineer with 7+ years experience required to join award winning Irish Engineering Consultancy. This consultancy has an excellent reputation for providing multidisciplinary engineering services to a wide range of Blue-chip clients. The successful Structural Engineer will be responsible for design and leading the project team on a range of projects including Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Educational, Commercial, and Residential.

 

Role

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff.
  • Provide technical guidance to project team.
  • Lead Structural Team to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • The successful Structural Engineer will be responsible for the design and management of projects of varying size and complexity
  • Your role will involve developing schemes for the architects, management of projects and occasional site visits

Requirements:

  • Level 8 or Level 9 Degree in Structural Engineering
  • 7+ years experience working as a Structural Engineer in Consultancy
  • Must have experience in the design of reinforced Concrete and Steel to Eurocodes
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and materials including concrete, steel
  • Ideally experienced in designing water retaining structures
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit / Robot
