Senior Project Manager required for a leading builder developer to work on a large residential project in South County Dublin. This project is a mixture of housing, duplexes, and apartments – ideal for the PM who have delivered large schemes like this in Ireland or the UK previously. This project will have around a 2-3-year duration and our client expects to be building similar projects in this area in the coming years. The successful Project Manager will have full responsibility for running the site and will report to a company director.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified or trade background.
- Minimum 7 years main contractor experience in UK or Ireland – at least some of these working on housing or apartments projects
- Strong IT Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Good references
