Project Architect / Architect
One of Ireland’s leading architectural design offices is seeking to recruit an ambitious, highly experienced RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with strong design & technical skills, along with proven success delivering projects through all stages of development and mentoring a small team, to join the growing organisation.
This opportunity requires a RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with proven success delivering projects through each phase of development, in line with current industry regulations with strong presentation and client liaising skills. Preference given to Architects who have successfully delivered complex developments within the public sector.

Preferred experience and skills:
- RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect
- A minimum of 5 years post professional qualification
- Ambitious, talented with previous success leading and managing projects through each phase of development
- Public sector project experience desired
- Fully conversant with industry regulations along with public sector project experience is essential
- Familiarity and understanding of the contractual obligations of all parties, under various procurement routes
- Strong level of design, skill and technical capability
- Proficiency in Revit is desired
- Managing project milestones, resources, timescales etc
- Mentor, coach and develop junior team members
- Excellent communication, presentation and client liaison skills
- May involve travel to site across Ireland
- Must hold an EU passport or valid work permit
