Mechanical Piping Supervisor required for one of Ireland’s leading Mechanical Contractors in Cork. The successful candidate will work on a range of Pharmaceutical projects and will report directly into the Construction Manager. They will also be provided with excellent training and opportunities to progress into Construction/Project Management in the near future if they wish.

  • Coordinating and planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
  • Manage piping and welding sub-contractors (process and high purity)
  • Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines
  • Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Report variations and delays to CM and PM
  • Prepare relevant reports
  • Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Reporting on progress
  • Ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout installation
  • Carry out weekly toolbox talks
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance for direct staff and sub-contractors
  • Regular reviews of working practices to help improve site safety



  • An Mechanical Degree or Trade qualification is essential.
  • 3+ years’ experience with an Irish or UK contractor in a Mechanical Supervisor role.
  • Experience in Process Piping systems on Pharmaceutical projects is essential.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and Navisworks.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.



  • Salary €60,000 to €75,000 DOE
  • Discretionary bonus
