M&E Quantity Surveyor (Senior)
M&E Quantity Surveyor required to join a Tier 1 General Contractor in their offices in Dublin. The successful candidate will manage the commercial aspects of a large Data Center project from budgeting to final accounts, ensuring financial compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award
- Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts
- Compile monthly reports per company standards
- Conduct site measures and ensure timely submission of claims
- Address contract costs, sales, and contribution concerns
- Attend commercial and subcontractor meetings
- Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM
- Manage client invoicing and payments to subcontractors
- Liaise with the Financial Department on reporting
- Resolve disputes with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor site procurement and reporting
Requirements:
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Building Services.
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical packages.
- Experience working on Data Centre/Pharmaceutical/Commercial projects would be advantageous.
- The successful Quantity Surveyor must be in Ireland or the UK at present and eligible to work in Ireland without the need for a permit.
