HR Admin required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor in Dublin. The successful HR Admin will have at least 2+ years’ experience and ideally have a Third level qualification in some aspect of HR but this is not a deal breaker. Must be strong on admin. Hybrid working available.
Roles:
- HR inbox daily check
- Schedule interviews with Recruitment Manager
- Prepare interview docs ahead of interviews
- New online applications
- CV checks/ save all CV
- HR queries (salary certs resignations, B2W, Reference Letters/ Salary Certs/
- Misc. Admin.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years’ experience in HR role.
- Strong IT skills
- Good communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy environment with multiple deadlines
- Ability to work independently where necessary
- Strong admin skills
Salary:
- €33K – €35K
