A leading and well-established utilities contractor is currently seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve working across multiple telecoms projects throughout the southeast of Ireland, with a strong on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures across multiple telecoms projects.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and clients on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Deliver health and safety training and toolbox talks to staff and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a health and safety advisory role within utilities, telecoms, or civil engineering projects.
- Must have relevant experience working in the UK or Ireland.
- NEBOSH National or International Diploma, or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Irish and/or UK health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently on-site and collaboratively with project teams.
