Health and Safety Advisor required to work for a leading Engineering Contractor across a range of Healthcare, Commercial, and industrial projects in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve EHS programs, promoting safety and sustainability.
• Conduct site audits, reporting and ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation for health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Enforce safety measures to protect employees and the environment.
• Prepare and review RAMS and PSCS documents for safe work practices.
• Oversee EHS compliance for subcontractors and employees.
• Lead accident investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Report EHS performance and KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (NFQ Level 8) in Occupational Health & Safety or NFQ Level 6 in Environmental Management.
• 3+ years’ experience in a commercial setting, with knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and CSA sectors.
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 audits and Construction Regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead incident investigations using root cause analysis.
