Design Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on the Datacentre side of the business.  Our client is extremely busy in this sector both in Ireland and overseas and is looking to add an experienced Datacentre Design Manager to the team.  We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in Datacentre Design or Design Management previously on all aspects of the build.  Excellent opportunity to join a market leader who is in growth mode.

Requirements:

• A third level qualification in construction, architectural or building design
• Experience working on Datacentre Projects
• 6+ years of overall experience
• Demonstratable knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Permission procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary:

• Excellent salary circa €90k-€100k
