We are currently recruiting a CSA Package Manager to work for a leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering contractor on a Data Centre project in The Netherlands. You will be reporting directly into the Project Manager. Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical.

Responsibilities:
- Attendance at client / project management meetings.
- Liaising with key Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects.
- Develop Project Execution strategies.
- Develop site logistics (demobilisation / mobilisation) plans.
- Develop and implement Project Schedules in accordance with key milestones, co-ordinating with all trades and CSA works.
- Develop and implement project costs, budget plans and reports.
- Select and appoint Project Sub-contractors and Supply chain in conjunction with Project teams and specifications
- Chair weekly internal team, supplier and sub-contractor meetings.
- Select and appoint sub-contractors in conjunction with project teams and specifications.
- Detailed experience in designing steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
- Excellent understanding of construction techniques, sequences of work, building regulations, and an up-to-date knowledge of products.
- Review and sign of EHS management plans and QA/QC plans.
Requirements
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role.
- BEng in Civil or Structural Engineer or relevant qualification.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects is essential.
- Proven record as a CSA package manager and involvement of large installation projects
- Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients.
- Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
