Business Development Manager – Construction
Business Development Manager required for a top UK Based Main Contractor who are looking to establish themselves as a leading player in the Dublin market. Our client already has live projects in Dublin and are looking to significantly expand their operations. We are ideally looking for a business development manager who has experience in the construction industry -ideally at main contractor level with the ability to develop relationships with the top developers in the country. OTE are €100k+ and flexible package for more experienced candidates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a business development role
- Ideally some construction industry experience – ideally for a main contractor
- Ideally will have been involved in winning large-scale projects
- Preconstruction and tender experience is NOT a requirement and is not part of this role
- Ability to form relationships at the highest levels with top developers and other prospective clients
- Confident, self-starter
- Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
Salary:
- Basic salary circa €100k+ OTE
