BIM Modeller with 5 years’ experience required for leading facades company based in North Dublin. This role is ideal for a BIM/ 3D Modeller with 5+ years looking to get involved with a rapidly growing facades company with operations in Ireland and the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Attend the site as required to confirm drawings / model accuracy.
- Carry out other duties as directed by your manager.
- Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality and safety Standards.
- Ensuring that detailed model files are co-ordinated.
- Liaise with external design team members on a regular basis.
- Manage buildability issues related to the external envelope.
- Partnering with Engineers and modellers you will produce, within a 3D model environment precast concrete elements and associated items.
- Produce accurate, consistent, and professional records, reports, and general information.
- Production of 2D co-ordination and installation drawings
- Production of 3D model files through Revit/Tekla
- Support the completion of the associated external facade works in accordance with the Program.
Required:
- Relevant Architectural, Engineering or Construction Qualification.
- Minimum 5 Years’ Experience (Precast Experience preferred)
- Experience using 3D BIM Environment via workflow.
- Strong Detailing / modelling experience
