Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist
An award winning architectural studio in Dublin city have a new opportunity for a talented and ambitious senior level Architect OR Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team.
The ideal architectural professional will possess strong technical skills, industry knowledge and a diverse range of projects experience in line with current industry guidelines
The Architect / Architectural Technologist should have a proven track of project success and a strong desire for career development.
Qualifications and experience desired:
– RIAI Registered Architect or qualified Senior Architectural Technologist
– In excess of 10 years’ industry experience
– Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction materials and methods
– Proficient in Revit software
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and all stakeholders
– Demonstrated experience in contract administration
– MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Responsibilities:
– Produce detailed architectural designs and documentation
– Manage tendering and contract administration processes
– Lead and mentor a small team
– Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
– Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge of industry trends
– Display ambition and a drive for career progression
– Demonstrate a strong work ethic
