Working Foreman required for a premium and well established privately owned Irish Residential Developer to work large scale residential project in South County Dublin.  Our client is ideally looking for a Working Foreman coming from a carpentry background who is able to supervise the snagging stage of apartments and housing.  The successful Working Foreman will be guaranteed long term work in this area- on this specific project and other projects within about a 10 minutes’ drive from there.

Requirements:

• Carpentry Trade background
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
• Strong Snagging experience on housing and apartments
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.

Package:

• €65k -€75k
• Company vehicle / travel allowance
